Too legit to quit!

Told ya. We had a legit party.

The day was not short of fun. It started out with a little nakey time, followed by a little "pee on myself time" {from Cham, not me} and then some bath time. The dogs got dropped off at the groomer {had to look dapper for the party} and the Post Office got out goodies that needed to be mailed. {COG promptly "blew up" the waiting area in the Post Office. So bad, in fact, I wanted to shout, "It wasn't me! It's her!" I refrained.}

Yes, K made me pixelate her booty boot.

I didn't go overboard with the party- but we did have some fun.

pink flowers. edited napkins. half-wrapped presents. a half dozen halved cupcakes. streamers. and a banner, of course.

Cham was insanely persistent with her attempts to eat a cupcake.
She managed to sneak a few finger dips when we weren't looking she could. {we are always looking, don't you know.} So K licked 'em clean for her. What a good dad ;)






Her doctor's appointment today went well! Pretty much- she's a bad A. She had 2 shots and didn't cry. That's my girl. She's 15 pounds and 26 inches long and perfect. Duh. She also got the go ahead to eat some fruit. Huh? Real food? Yeah.We pulled her high chair out of the garage and give it a whirl. She loved it. Clearly:

We skipped the rice cereal bit and went straight for bananas. {with our doctor's recommendation} She LOVED playing with them!!! I am so so so excited to be moving along to solid food. What a milestone.

Today was SUCH a good day. {Other than this morning when i tried to dye my own hair blonde in my bathroom sink. Ugh. Different post. Different day. Never again.}


I am pretty much the luckiest mama and wife in the world. I live with two amazing people. They make my life incredible. Just look at 'em. 

Ugh. Melt.
