I am here to tell you about the most awesome invention that I have ever owned. We have two dogs, which means there's always a little pet hair around these parts. Especially with hardwood floors. Ugh. It grosses me out. I'll see a little fur ball float across the floor peacefully and just gag. It's hard for me to sweep and mop every day- duh. And it stresses me out because now that little miss is scooting and crawling across the house I get paranoid that I'll catch her with a furball in her mouth. I just gagged thinking about it. I. Hate. Hair. So, K bought us a Roomba {Pet Series}. His sister has one and highly recommended it. 

OK. It. is. awesome. We wound it up today and let it go for a spin. The thing rocks. I have to admit I was totally skeptical- "It's going to miss spots" and "It can't possibly know how to find it's dock when the battery gets low" and "I mean, I can just vacuum myself, duh". WRONG. This robot goes under my couches, around the perimeter of every room, sweeps under my refrigerator, scares the dogs, entertains Chamblee and knows when a spot needs a little extra love. OMG. I never vacuum under my couches. Sorry... it's true. It leaves those neat little vacuum lines on our carpet- minus the footprints that I usually leave when getting the vacuum out of there. Ah, perfection.

"I" can vacuum the house while doing laundry, loading the dishwasher, running errands or watching Greek. I love this thing. You would too. Get one.
