Last weekend we finally got a jump start on the shared nursery. We cleaned out the garage to make room for what was in the second baby closet and put together Cham Cham's big girl bed. She is still way too little to sleep in it solo but we had to set it up to get a start on decorating and, my favorite, organizing!
Just helping me sort through her newborn clothes.
My big girl!

Checking it out
The big girl bed was actually her Nona's little girl bed. I am so happy to have it passed down to Cham. It's so special! Now we just need to "boy up" the room a bit and get some stuff on the walls. Oh, and fill up the little boy's closet in there:) It's s l o w l y but surely getting some contents and I am really starting to love boy clothes, much to my surprise.
I am also starting to be all kinds of pregnant. Most of my shirts still fit, but are a little short in the front :/ Nothing a little camisole can't fix. Right? Maybe. I've gained some weight, which the doc says is good. Whatever. All I know is that I am 23 pounds away from being the weight I was when I delivered Cham- and I am hoping to come in about 10 pounds under that this time around. That kind of weight was a little unnecessary. The brownies aren't helping... Maybe we should switch from baked goods to frozen yogurt? Gotta be healthier right? Chamblee agrees:
...mmm
Until Next Time,
The Guff

I need you to come and tell me what to do with our nursery! Maybe we can set a drop off date at the house so you can give me pointers. I'm excited about Cham's hand-me-downs! They will be so cute on Claudia! (Yes...Claudia Lauren Brownlow)
