A Nook for my Kindle

Pinterest is saving my life. And that includes my bank account.

So, K got me a kindle for Mother's Day this year. Did I ever tell you that? Anyway, he did. I don't have a case for it yet and we are flying all over the country {8 flights in 9 days to be exact} pretty soon. So, I have been doing a little online shopping to find the exact cover that I want need. {as if I will have time to read while trying to entertain an 11 month old during 8 flights. Ok. But whatev.} Well, I found this pretty stinkin' cool one on Etsy that was $25. Not too pricey. But I think I can make it for cheaper. So, I did. Following this tutorial I found on Pinterest. Introducing my new Kindle case:

I mean, really. This cost me $2.50. And I love it. People will think I'm all "old school" reading a real book. Suckaaaas!
