37 weeks today.
Watermelon.
Won't be much longer now...
Cham is getting so big. Her new most favorite thing ever is coloring. Most of the time I find her like this in a corner:
Don't look too close when you come to my house. There's black crayon on the wall. We're working on that...
We're also working on social skills. We were at the car dealership last week and Cham got to play tag with a boy in the waiting room. When he first came in, there was a stand off:
Long enough for me to take a picture.
It was hilarious. They just stared.
Then they warmed up.
Then the little boy walked over to me and said, "Does she fight?"
"Um, no. She doesn't fight. She's a little baby girl."
Boys.
I'm having brain trouble lately. Today I went with my sis-in-law to Ikea and we were headed into the store when I heard "Miss...Miss! You know you left your van door open, right?" Right. Of course I knew that. When I got home, unloaded and laughed through telling K the story, he didn't laugh. He just said, "You know you just left it open again outside, right?" Of course I knew that. Seriously. What do these people think I am, dumb?
You know who's not having brain trouble? Cham. She's so smart. Watch:
Genius. She may look like her daddy, but at least she got her brains from me. Right?
Until Next Time,
The Guff

She is a flippin' GENIUS!!!
