Hunker Down Jake

A couple of my girlfriends were so kind and threw us a diaper shower for baby Jake last week. It was so much fun! We loaded up on diapers of all sizes, thanks to our generous friends, and really enjoyed time spent just hanging out. Here are some snapshots of the afternoon:

Ok. So my favorite part of the shower was the cupcakes. But after that, it was the gift that these girls gave us- that was so incredibly thoughtful and made me cry. Duh. 

They got Jake a Bible with his name on it- and everyone at the party highlighted a verse for him. 

Isn't that the best idea ever? 

I love these girls so much!!!
