The Versatile Blogger

So I blog stalk, all the time. Well I don't stalk, really, but I search and find ones that I like through other ones that I like. Last year, through this blog I found Moments with the Mays- such a fun and sweet blog! She was expecting her first baby at the same time I was, so of course I got hooked and around the middle of September really, really stalked her blog (like every. day.) to see when little G would arrive... He's so cute!!! Seriously. Go look. And he's walking already... Jelly!

Anyway- she gave me a little blog award that I thought would be fun to pass along.

And. Here are the rules:
1. Thank the person who gave you the award and link back to them in your post.
2. Share 7 things about yourself
3. Pass this award along to up to 15 recently discovered blogs

I don't even know 15 people.
But I'll pass it along and try to scrounge up 7 facts that I haven't already blabbed about on here.

1. While we were dating, I tricked K into thinking I was really cool and outdoorsy and loved camping as much as he did. Sike. Check me into the Ritz and order room service, please! The only camping I'm doing is at Spa Sydell.
2. I threw up the other day when changing Cham's diaper. It was so sick
3.  The jeans I am wearing now were too small. Before I was pregnant. Now they fit. Tell me I don't  have to get knocked up to fit into my skinny jeans. To then be disappointed a couple months later when I BLOW. UP.
4. My cousin was due with her first baby exactly 1 month after Cham was due. My {same} cousin is due with her second baby exactly. ex.act.ly. one month after our baby #2 is due. I LOVE IT! I mean, that's more af a fact about my cousin, but whatev. It's still pretty amazing!
5. I honestly go into one of those freeze screen, time-out saved-by-the-bell-style, movie moments and pretend punch people. in the face. scream. and punch them again. when they ask what I do... and when I say I stay at home with Cham, they say, with a head tilt and a not so sweet smile "Oh, you don't work? Must be nice." It happens more often than you'd guess, I'd imagine. And it is so hard not to for real pimp slap them and give them an hour by hour account of how much work I do. See here.
6. I have a really good time singing karaoke duets with Cham on her new machine.
7. My eyes are so bad that I'm scared to drive at night. I can't tell which lane the other cars' lights are in, so I just drive in the right lane the whole time. {Still. Not. Giving. In. To. Bifocals.}

I'm passing this fun time along to:

Until Next Time,

  4. Hey, I did the skinny thing after Charlie was born!!! Unfortunately (for my jeans) there have been two since then, as you know. Bonus has been buying new clothes. Un-bonus has been hoping I outgrow them in reverse? Aggh!

My tip for driving at night (since high school!): You've got the right lane thing down. Just use that sweet white line on the right side!! Yesss!!

Thanks for the shout-out...only now I feel like I need to have a recent posting. Today's J's first day back teaching, and we have houseguests coming (they are his parents' friends...I must clean bathroom floor so they don't stick to the toothpaste...) and they are due any. minute. Whatev! It'll be awesome! So what if J has a late afternoon class and will be home around 7!

I'm not stressed. I love you!
