Tonight is a full moon! Let's hope something cRazY happens!
...or at least gets started...
I have been sitting on my birthing ball bouncing up and down, up and down for around 2 hours now. Reminds me of The Price is Right: "Chamblee Ophelia... COME ON DOWN!"
We met with our Pediatrician this afternoon for a pre-natal appointment - Love her. She had all the right answers to my researched questions regarding breastfeeding, immunizations, hospital privileges, etc. She was highly recommended and has some of the highest ratings and reviews in the area- I am so glad that she takes new patients:) I'm also excited to see her again in a few weeks with Baby G!
My Braxton Hicks contractions have still been pretty inconsistent- they are getting a little bit more intense, but they are still scattered in time. Everyone says that when they are the real thing- I'll know. I'm not so sure!
Let's hope that this ball does more than make me dizzy!!!
Sing it with me!
"...Get low, get low, get low..."
Until Next Time,
The Guff

Haha you crack me up
ReplyDeleteI'm singing!
ReplyDeleteNatalie--be patient!! I don't know that song "get low" . Is that a young person song? ;0)
ReplyDeleteMrs. Kathy...you should know that song!!! Natalie... you crack me up!!! Make sure you're getting all the rest you can. Cham will come when she's ready...although, I'm really ready to meet her!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI bought one of those balls. You should have seen us get to the hospital with it and everything else--we were like the Clampetts. During labor, I did not use one. thing. that. I. brought.
ReplyDeleteYou've packed her baby book, right??
Weatherly--I know "Get down, get DOWN, GET down, get DOWN...jungle boogie rriiirraa rrriiirrra"...etc., and I know "swing low, sweet chamblee....uh..I mean sweet chariot..." but Yall will have to sing the "get low" song for me to recognize it!
ReplyDeleteHolly-- I remember Daddy holding the 'labor ball' in the waiting room, when we were waiting to come back..it was kinda cute...and WE used the deckof cards we brought {when yall left the room}...but you and Jesse were so good...b r e a t h i n g...."
Natalie--love you--do you have a baby book? Let me know! ;*)
