Ramble On

I don't know what my deal is. Blogger's block I suppose. So I'm making up for it with a dreadfully long and probably boring blog. Just for y'all.

I always forget my camera cord and then I don't want to blog anymore. Solution? Online window shopping. Duh.

I don't know if it's because I still look 5 months pregnant or if it's because I am a "modest" mom now- but the thought of a bikini makes me want to throw up all of my food. I mean, I didn't have any idea how much having a baby would change my body type. Yike.

Speaking of having a baby. I just want to make a PSA {public service announcement} to everyone I meet in the supermarket, the pharmacy and Target. My daughter's name is Chamblee. Ch. Ch. Ch. Chip. Chicken. Chocolate. Chimpanzee. Check. It's not Shamblee or Chanley. or Chomblee. I had no idea how hard it would be for people to pronounce it. I thought about telling people that her name was Ophelia to avoid confusion. It won't be lying, it is her middle name... but then I realized the string of questions that would follow. "Is that a family name?" No. "Where did that come from?" A song. Or the dreaded, "That's interesting..." Hmph. So. Fibbing it is. From now on in the market or the mall little Ophie will be known as Sarah. Or Katherine. Whatever's easier.

I have been meaning to post these pictures for a while, and I finally found my camera cord in K's "nerd box" {*nerd box= basket of wires and plugs that I know nothing about} So. I'm now able to share. Chamblee had such a carnival in her crib throughout her seventh month/teething month. Here is how I know:

I mean. Destroyed.

Part of the reason I haven't been blogging as much is because I have been soaking up every minute with my little bunny. It really does seem like time is flying by. She'll be 9 months old this week. -Cham, please, oh please slow down!-

We've been getting down on the floor and playing like best pals. Which we are. I just can't take enough pictures of my sweet girl.

For example. Check out this series I took of her with her favorite toy in her Easter basket:

I had no idea the sparkles would captivate her attention for. so. very. long. She loves this thing so much!

I am very very lucky to be able to stay at home and steal sugar from, love on and canoodle with my little girl every day. But let there be no mistake:
